  • The Heart Response: Emotional Recognition and Release
    The Heart Chakra plays a very large part in our lives. This workshop explores the difference between Feelings and Emotions, and how the Heart helps us to release emotional issues that have become implanted in our auras.

    Rev. Melissa shares several scenarios that routinely take place in our lives. Then offers specific exercises we can use to help recognize the emotional upset and release it so it does not become physical dis-ease in the body.

    Have you ever experienced these emotions? Anger... Frustration... Envy or Jealousy... Hostility... Resentment... Depression... Intimidation... Fear.

    Many healers refer to these areas as energy attachments or entity implants. We will look at these ideas and offer simple ways of clearing the aura of these problems. You will become energy-sensitive and learn how to remove these attachments.

  • The Spirit Code: Inner Spiritual Languages and Personal Symbols

    Each of us has had special memories in our lives. These memories have a way of showing themselves when we have an encounter that sparks that memory.

    The mind plays an intricate part in our understanding how the memory works and how it can possibly help you in your spiritual pursuit. The brain is a physical part of the body, and the mind is actually separate from the brain. The mind taps into the brain to power it and connects the spirit to the physical.

    The mind holds our conscious thoughts. We think of our consciousness as being divided into these parts:

    1. The Waking Conscious Mind. It deals with the here and now, and makes decisions. We think of this as being the rational part of ourselves, with logical thinking.
    2. The Subconscious (Super Conscious). The subconscious is divided into two parts:
    • The Personal Aspect, which automatically regulates bodily functions
    • Universal Mind (Collective Unconscious), a far deeper and more extensive level, which we share with all sentient life.

    Considering the two aspects of the mind (Waking Conscious and the Subconscious), then we recognize that psychic development consists of building a bridge or link between the two. Society, over the ages, has created somewhat of a barrier between them. So to connect them in a psychic way can be rather challenging. The challenge then is to take charge and create exercises or special practices to connect and enhance the lost link.

  • Meditation: A Beginner's Guide

    Meditation is an ancient, time-proven way to experience inner peace, and enhance awareness. It has been medically proven to assist the physical body in many ways: lowers blood pressure, lowers heart rate, raises immune system, calms the mind, reduces stress and tension. Meditation develops greater concentration, allowing deeper, more creative thinking and problem solving. It is used in many ways to enhance other healing modalities.

  • Children and Meditation

    The path of our world can become calmer and the future direction of oour children, more positive.

    Society has cased us to tear down the spiritual family connections made at birth. That is what separates the child from LOVE. We are responsible for the children in our society, and we can see what has happened to them because of the disconnection of LOVE. We can keep the door of communication open and greatly improve their direction.

    Melissa has recently integrated a new concept concerning children, parents and meditation. She is currently involved in bringing to light an easy method of helping parents and teachers instruct children in the case of meditation. Meditation can be a major factor in changing the course of humanity, through our strongest and most sincere level---our children.

  • Reflexology for Personal Use

    Reflexology is a holistic method of healing. The rejuvenating art of reflexology works on the scientific principle that every gland, organ and system of the body is connected to the feet by nerve pathways and subtle energy channels.

    Crystal deposits formed by uric acids and other body waste can collect in the feet, hands and other parts of the body. These crystals cause a blockage of energy flow and nerve impulses. By compression of these blockage points, reflexology can restore the flow of energy and blood.

    It can help alleviate a broad range of acute and chronic health problems, some of which include: asthma, hypertension, headaches and kidney trouble, diabetes, fibromyalgia, hip and knee problems, shoulder/neck, as well as, help ensure general well being and relaxation.

    Learn the history of and science behind reflexology and acupressure. Lecture and discussion: being responsible with touching someone; and intention of healing.

    You will have hands on practice of relaxation techniques for hands and feet. Get comfortable with working with clients. Close supervision.

    Study of physical body and some anatomy, pressure points and meridian lines; Zone Therapy; Hands on practice of compression technique; sharing with each other to develop ‘sensitive touch’.

  • Metaphysical Tools of Empowerment

    Learn the many ways you can power-up your intentions by using meditation.

    1. Affirmations: Valid statement, bringing a sense of truth or positive thought to your mind. Louise Hay has written much about the use of affirmations to help your self change thought form habits. I call them ‘belief declarations’. You must create a believable statement.

    2. Visualization: impresses your mind by picturing an event or activity you wish to bring into your life. It is used as another method to validate affirmations.

    3. Power of Emotions: By feeling the emotional level of your desire, this adds to the methods in which you can manifest action in to your life.

    4. Better than 50% Use of Tools: It’s important to be able to over-ride your present thought processes, or the subconscious mind. In order to do that you must be able to employ these tools or techniques better than 50% of the time, to manifest change.

    Subliminal Thought Visualization

    Your subconscious mind works the involuntary organs of your body, such as beating of the heart, breathing into the lungs, etc., without the conscious mind directing it. Using this same manner, you can use the subconscious mind to ‘impress’ a certain thought into action with each involuntary action. The mind affects the body and the body affects the mind.

    You can literally program a statement similar to the one below into your mind each day.

    After going into a light meditative state, set this Subliminal Thought Visualization into your mind by saying this statement:

    “With every beat of my heart, each day of my life, my sub-conscious mind accepts a visual picture of myself as a person with ______________________( peace in my heart, acceptance of others, love for others around me, a successful business, etc.)”

  • Multi-Dimensional Awareness (Komara)

    As we have been living our lives, society has taught us to un-focus from our True Selves, and be distracted with everyday occurrences. As we do this, it only allows us to access the holographic third dimension. This hologram is a result of being told what to think, what is important, what to wear, being wrapped up in television, news reports and the unreal world.

    After so many people have been pulled into that way of viewing the world, it actually creates of false vision of what we think is real.
